If you are from Malaysia or Singapore, well Laksa, or Curry Noodle is nothing new. More to say the controversial Assam Laksa, which both countries claimed origin of. Anyway, that’s not important.
Well Cooked Gourmet, the name’s a lil’ deceiving, as everything served in the F&B industry should be well-cooked, unless it’s Sashimi :P.
But well, this restaurant located on the busy street of SS14/1 or SS4/1a, Subang, is what we would like to share. Probably two or three decades old, the shop front was nothing to shout about, but cleanliness is evident.
Seatings are aplenty.
So you might wonder, so what is there to share about this place?
Well here it is…
Their signature Fried Laksa. Imagine your regular Assam Laksa, the nai fun (glass noodle), and gravy, the onions and garlics, all being stir-fried together like Char Koay Teow? Well imagine no more, as you can enjoy it here for an affordable price.
Our curiosity has brought us here on the first place, and it definitely didn’t disappoint us.
Also, if your other half doesn’t fancy this? They actually serves all kinds of noodles and rice options made to order from the well elaborated menu, even Nasi Lemak. So you can imagine.
If curiosity kills the cat, well that’s definitely not true.
Check them out here.
